General Inquiries and Store Policies:
For general inquires related to online store policies or the Product Service Plan (PSP),
you can email apvphoto@aol.com.
We welcome your inquires and feedback.
Product Service Plan:
Products carry one year warranty. We will repair, or replace with no charge if they are under
warranty and products have not been tampered and modified. Proof of purchase is required.
Product returns and exchanges:
We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund on most items you purchase online within 30
days of receiving your order with no question asked. Full refund on merchandise value only.
Availibility of products will be informed immediately by e-mail or by fax.
Payment Methods:
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. U.S. Checks need 10 days of clearing
before shipping. International checks need more time. No C.O.D.
Shipping and Charges:
We use UPS Ground for delivery within U.S. No shipping charge within U.S. except Alaska and Hawaii.
There is a $6.00 handling charge to each order. A 7.75% of sales tax will be charged to California
customers.
International orders require extra shipping cost plus $10.00 handling charge. All transactions are
in U.S. dollars.
